The County Government Office Site of Anju Ancient City, the only preserved ancient county government office built in the Ming Dynasty in Chongqing, was declared a county-level protected historic site in 2003. At present, restoration has been completed for the entrance hall, inner hall and compartments as well as official mansion of the County Government Office, with a total construction area of about 2,000 square meters.
