Before the liberation, the Fan Noodle Restaurant was a time-honored brand noodle restaurant in Anju for which revolutionary martyr Qiu Shaoyun worked in 1947. With a diligent, intelligent, and honesty mind, Qiu won a good reputation among his master and customers. He joined the Chinese People's Liberation Army two years later and made heroic sacrifice during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. The spirit of obedience, consideration for the overall interest and selfless dedication represented by him has motivated Chinese of many generations to move forward bravely and courageously.
